Phase One: Consultation
We are painstakingly thorough during our initial consultation in order to foster a relationship and fulfill each client’s dreams. We not only discuss your specifications and aspirations, but we also establish a budget and timeline.
Phase Two: Proposal
Once both parties have decided to form a partnership, we sign an agreement to engage in the construction process. This doesn’t involve any obligation to build. It merely establishes client expectations, summarizes the services and commits to a start time by holding a place in our schedule.
Phase Three: Planning
-
Conduct a site survey and perform any relevant testing

-
Research town ordinances, review regulations and discuss the deed specifics

-
Create a design and development plan

-
Determine specifications of the particular project

-
Review the features available including fixtures and finishes
Phase Four: Permitting
This stage involves completing the necessary documentation and submitting the permit applications. We finalize the construction drawings and draft the site plan including the proposed septic system. The final cost estimate is also determined.
Phase Five: Formal Contract
Upon the approval of permits and plans, we enter into a formal agreement which includes fixed pricing. We then establish a rough construction timeline and estimated completion date.
Phase Six: Construction
The building process begins with on-site construction and administration. We consult with the client throughout the project by offering advice, discussing any potential alterations to the plans and constantly communicating. Updates, progress photos and site visits are available to ensure the quality and timeliness of the work.
Phase Seven: Completion
Once the home is finished, the city will conduct an inspection of the premises and issue a Certificate of Occupancy. We then clean the entire property and touch up the details. A comprehensive walkthrough is performed with the client to answer any questions, explain the technical systems and present the corresponding user manuals. We provide a fully functional, pristine home that is ready for furnishing. Any defects noted at the walkthrough or during the move-in process will be immediately fixed, and we also follow up with the homeowner to ensure proper maintenance of the structure. We take pride in the construction of each house, and we’re confident that you’ll love the results.
